Return Policy
At Still Strong Lifestyle, every item is produced when you order. Because our products are custom printed through trusted partners, we don’t hold inventory or resell returned items. All sales are final unless there’s a mistake or defect with your order.
If something’s wrong with your order (30-day window)
We stand by our quality. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost or issue a refund.
To start a request (within 30 days of delivery):
Your order number
A clear photo of the issue (include the packing slip if available)
Email contact@stillstronglife.com with subject: Return Request
Once verified, we’ll process a replacement or refund right away. In most cases, no return shipment is required.
When returns/exchanges aren’t accepted
Because each item is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size, color, or change of mind
Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address
Please double-check size charts, colors, and your address at checkout.
Lost, delayed, or missing packages
Marked delivered but not received: Check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. If you still can’t locate it, email us—we’ll do our best to help.
Lost in transit: If tracking shows the package is lost or stuck, we’ll reprint and reship after the carrier’s standard investigation window.
Order changes & cancellations
Production begins quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email contact@stillstronglife.com as soon as possible. We’ll try to accommodate if printing hasn’t begun.
Color & sizing notes
Device screens and print processes may cause slight color variation. Please use product photos and size charts as guides. Minor variations are normal and not considered defects.
Refund method & timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank/card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.
